Welcome to Spout Spring Estates Vineyard!

Spout Spring Estates is the largest producer of Cabernet Sauvignon wine grapes in Tennessee. Current efforts focus on production of high quality Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, and Riesling grapes for sale to wineries in Tennessee.

Spout Spring Estates Vineyard is entertaining the idea of providing a hands-on experience for home winemakers interested in picking their own grapes to make wine. If desired, assistance can be provided in crushing and pressing fruit. Pressed juice is also available for purchase.

Directions: Located approximately 30 minutes from the I-40/I-75 split in Knoxville, Tennessee. Exit at 11W (Rutledge Pike) and head north.

Go through Blaine and after the 4 lane road turns to a two lane road, go approximately 1 mile and make a right on Little Valley Road (just past Lea Springs Church on the left).

Travel 1 mile and make a hard left on Smith Hollow. Travel approximately 1 mile and turn right on Vineyard Road. Go 1 mile and Riddle Lane is on the right.
